Kierra grew up in Kelowna, BC and has found her passions in the human body and health/wellness. After taking a weekend course at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy, she was hooked on understanding how massage affects the human body. She then enrolled and graduated from their program in August 2017. While studying, she wrote and published a research paper titled *Evaluating the impact of Swedish Massage on the Shoulder Girdle and C4-T1 Nerve Roots Post Injection Therapy*. It received international attention at the *International Massage Therapy Research Conference*. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of BC and the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of BC.

Kierra finds great joy in creating a welcoming space that helps her clients relax, and reconnect with the world around them. She utilizes various techniques such as myofascial release and neuromuscular techniques to help you reach your wellness goals. Her professional interests are in chronic pain, stress reduction, GI, women's/men's health, and pre/post joint replacement.
