I am a master level bodyworker and Western Clinical Herbalist who has been practicing since 2001. I had the great fortune of working in a hospital setting for ten years of my career with many varied cases. I am now focused on private practice. I am a practitioner and teacher of Arvigo® Techniques. I also focus on private coaching, retreats, and classes. I approach each session uniquely incorporating energy and sound healing, aromatherapy, somatic awareness, and hands on therapy, with nutritional, herbal and lifestyle recommendations being offered.
