About the Event

Please click READ MORE below for full information on the class. This may take a moment or two to appear.

This 5.5-day training is designed for the bodyworker who has completed an Arvigo® Self-Care Training and now wants to deepen into their understanding of this work by being able to offer whole body treatments to their clients.  In addition to addressing basic anatomy and physiology of the abdomen, structural alignment of the hips and sacrum - herbal and nutritional support will be explored.

Self-Care Training (either online or in person) is a prerequisite for this work, as is being a healthcare provider with licensing or a qualification to touch in your place of residence.   Please email to enquire.

Successful completion of PCT allows the participant to move on to Certification and/or Pregnancy & Postpartum Care Training.

Our training is non-residential, taking place in a beautiful adobe home set against the Taos Mountains in Arroyo Seco.  This property has many magical corners including the kiva fireplace, stone labyrinth and communities of Pine and Sagebrush.   This training is priced lower than usual to account for what may be spent by a participant on accomodation.  There are many beautiful airbnbs, inns and special places to stay in the area.   Exact address will be provided upon registration to assist the building of your journey.      Students are encouraged to explore the area for meals or bring their own packed lunch and dinner.  Nourishing snacks will always be available.

Cost: $1500 USD

This class will be taught by Kathleen Lawler.   Kathleen is a deeply experienced Bodyworker and Western Clinical Herbalist who has been in practice for over two decades.    She spent ten years working in a hospital setting, coming face to face with the profound breadth of human health needs and the ways in which they could be supported.   At this time, Kathleen has a private practice in Boulder, Colorado and in addition facilitates retreats, trainings and immersive experiences.

Please email samar@moon-yoga.com to enquire or register.

As always, a percentage of profits will go to Dr. Rosita Arvigo, to Maya people/projects we support and to our friends at Taos Pueblo to say thank you for the gift of being able to be in prayer and learning on this sacred land.
